FAQs

What is mobile pet grooming?

Mobile pet grooming is a service of convenience where professional groomers come directly to your home in a fully equipped grooming van/trailer, providing the same high-quality grooming services you’d find in a salon!

How does mobile grooming work?

We arrive at your home at the scheduled time, park our grooming vehicle nearby, and take care of your pet's grooming needs right on your doorstep. Your pet enjoys a one-on-one grooming session in a familiar environment and you get to enjoy your time relaxing or doing whatever you need to do knowing that you can check up on your furbaby whenever you feel like.

What are the benefits of mobile grooming?

  • Convenience - you don’t need to stay home for the services to be performed

  • The quiet, one-on-one, personalized care helps reactive and anxious pets feel more at ease during their appointment

  • No messy or stressful car rides

  • No exposure to other animals which lowers the chance of catching any illnesses that are transferred between animals

  • No long wait times in cages or crates

How long does a grooming session take?

The grooming session length depends on your furbaby’s size, coat condition, and specific grooming needs, but it typically ranges from 1 to 2 hours. Larger breeds or anxious/fearful pets can take anywhere between 2 to 4 hours. We like to go at their pace to make it a pleasant and fun experience overall to keep them feeling safe, secure and calm while working through things they may not like.

What pets do you groom?

We specialize in grooming both cats and dogs, providing customized care for each type of pet.

How often should I groom my pet?

Typical groom schedules fall somewhere between 6-12 weeks. Depending on how long your furbaby’s fur is, how soon you prefer them to be groomed, and/or the needs of their coat the schedule could be between 4-8 weeks. Average is 5-8 weeks.

What areas do you service?

We service the following locations in NJ:

  • Mercer County

  • Burlington County

  • Parts of Middlesex County

  • Parts of Ocean County

Is mobile grooming more expensive than salon grooming?

Yes, mobile grooming is typically more expensive than salon grooming because, unlike salons that can handle multiple pets at once, mobile groomers focus on one pet at a time. This personalized approach allows us to provide unique, tailored care for each pet, ensuring we meet your specific needs. By building a closer relationship with both you and your furbaby, we create a trusting and comfortable grooming experience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via cash, check, credit/debit card, or Venmo.*

*Please note that payments made via credit/debit card or Venmo will result in a processing fee.
